We at O2matic proudly announces a significant milestone in our journey from startup to scaleup. Our transformative technology, PRO 100, has become an important part of medical treatments in hospitals across the world.
The concept of automatic oxygen titration took root around 14 years ago as a prototype, officially crystallizing into the brand O2matic in 2017. Under the leadership of Okan Görgen, who has been the CEO since 2017, the company has evolved from a groundbreaking idea to a game-changing technology.
Okan has played a pivotal role in obtaining the CE mark as a Medical Device for the first product, PRO 100, in 2019, dedicating the last five years to refining the technology and building a robust evidence base for the clinical efficacy and value of O2matic’s products.

With this positive growth, comes the need for a new leader to navigate the company through its next phase of expansion where PRO 100’s position in hospitals is further strengthened also outside the EU, and we expand the number of patients using automatic oxygen therapy at home with HOT 100.
Stepping into the role of CEO from March 1st, 2024, is Arnt Lund, a seasoned professional with over 20 years of international experience in the medical device industry, most recently serving as Managing Director at Ferrosan Medical Devices.
Alongside this leadership transition, O2matic has successfully attracted investments from EIFO and T&W Medical, two esteemed funds in Denmark. These funds not only bring crucial financial support but also a wealth of industry knowledge that will be invaluable for O2matic’s future endeavors. Marie-Louise Little from T&W Medical and Ole Kring from EIFO join the board, which also consists of the founders Ejvind Frausing, Lars Seier Pedersen and Farzad Saber.
To celebrate these achievements, O2matic invites partners and customers to a reception on April 12, 2024, from 14:00-17:00.
The event aims to mark five years of PRO 100 on the market under Okan’s leadership, welcome Arnt as the new CEO and extend greetings to the company’s new investors represented by Marie-Louise Little from T&W Medical and Ole Kring from EIFO.
